Carla A. Anzaldi is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She was awarded her law degree from the Universidad del Salvador, Argentina in 1999. She received her LL.M. Degree in Comparative Law in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Law with particular emphasis on immigration law and has been a member of the admitted to practice law in New York since 2006.

She has been a speaker at several conferences regarding business immigration (visas for investors and professionals) and cases involving “extraordinary ability” individuals, including musicians, actors, athletes, art directors, copywriters, editors, photographers, and other aliens with “extraordinary abilities”.

Languages: Ms. Anzaldi is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Natalia Fridman is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She received an LL.M. in Comparative Law in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Law with particular emphasis in immigration law, and was previously awarded her law degree with an international law specialization from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. Ms. Fridman has specialized in “extraordinary ability” visas for renowned clients in advertising, the arts, athletics, entertainment, and fashion fields, as well as business visas for investors and corporate clients. She has been invited to speak at Conferences regarding immigration options for investors, extraordinary ability individuals and professionals. While completing her degrees she gained a range of experience completing clerkships for Kurzban Kurzban & Tetzeli, P.A. in Miami and MTV Networks in Miami Beach.  Ms. Fridman is fluent in Spanish, English, and German.

Denise Puin is the firm’s foreign legal consultant. She was awarded her law degree from FMU Brazil and is licensed to practice law in Brazil. She has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal in immigration and naturalization law.

Languages: Ms. Puin is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Andrés Pino is an associate attorney at the Immigration Law Firm. He received his Law Degree in 2015 from Stetson University College of Law and has been a member of the admitted to practice law in Florida since 2015. Andres has a Bachelor of Science, Journalism from The University of Florida, Gainesville, FL. While at Stetson University College of Law he studied international law at the Hague in the Netherlands. His experience includes employment based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, removal proceedings, family, criminal, and civil matters.

Languages: Mr. Pino is fluent in Spanish and English.

Franklin Mackie is an associate attorney at the Immigration Law Firm. He received his Law Degree in from The University of Miami School of Law in 2013 and he is a member in good standing in Georgia and Washington DC. Franklin has a Bachelor in Art with a Major in Spanish from The University of the South. His experience include employment based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, family petitions and civil matters

Jenniffer Melendez was awarded a Master Degree in International and Transnational Law from the University of Miami (UM). She also holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and is licensed to practice law in Dominican Republic. She has more than 2 years of experience as a law clerk in immigration and naturalization law.

Languages: Mrs. Melendez is fluent in Spanish and English.

Solange Muleiro Matouk was awarded her law degree from the Universidad del Salvador (USAL), Argentina in 2000 and is licensed to practice law in Argentina.  She is has an specialization in International Air and Space Law, awarded from the Instituto Nacional de Derecho Aeronáutico y Espacial (INDAE), Argentina in 2003 and also in Negotiation and Resolution of Conflicts, awarded from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina in 2012. She has more than 10 years of experience in the legal profession, counseling individuals and companies in Civil and Commercial Law. She has experience as a law clerk in immigration and naturalization law.

Languages: Ms. Muleiro Matouk is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Eloisa Romero is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office. She is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the office and firm management. Ms. Romero has more than 2 years of professional experience in law firm administration.
