Carla A. Anzaldi

Owner, Immigration Attorney

Carla A. Anzaldi is an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She was awarded her law degree from the Universidad del Salvador, Argentina in 1999. She received her LL.M. Degree in Comparative Law in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Law with particular emphasis on immigration law and has been a member of the admitted to practice law in New York since 2006. Ms. Anzaldi has been a speaker at several conferences regarding business immigration (visas for investors and professionals) and cases involving “extraordinary ability” individuals, including musicians, actors, athletes, art directors, copywriters, editors, photographers, and other aliens with “extraordinary abilities”. Ms. Anzaldi is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.


Maria Armijo

Attorney at Law

Maria Armijo is an Attorney at The Immigration Law Office where she focuses on complex family immigration matters, business, and employment-based immigration petitions. She has extensive experience representing Clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, Immigration Court, Customs and Border Protection, and other government authorities. Mrs. Armijo’s experience includes the preparation of applications for EB1, EB2, H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, P-1, E-1, E-2, TN, and R visas. She possesses the experience in representing the unique immigration needs of business professionals, international athletes, and performers through the use of innovative strategy tailored to their specific goals. She was born in Nicaragua and raised in South Florida. Her upbringing in dynamic South Florida affords her the ability to understand Client’s needs with culturally rich and diverse backgrounds.

Mrs. Armijo is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a member of the Florida Bar. Ms. Armijo earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University in 2006. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, she was member of the St. Thomas University International Moot Court and the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review.


Ruxandra Bianca Curticapeanu

Attorney at Law

Ruxandra ("Bianca") Curticapeanu is an Attorney at The Immigration Law Office where she focuses on complex family immigration matters, business, and employment-based immigration petitions.  With more than 14 years of experience in the immigration field, she has accumulated knowledge in both immigration benefits and before USCIS, the Immigration Court, U.S. Embassies, and CBP. Ms. Curticapeanu's experience includes representation on EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, EB-5, H-1B, J-1, F-1, O-1, P-1, E-1, E-2, TN, VAWA, U-Visas, and R visas, TPS, Parole in Place, Removal Defense, Consular Processing, and Naturalization, in addition to all family-sponsored visas. She possesses the experience in representing the unique immigration needs of business professionals, professionals with extraordinary abilities in STEM fields and beyond through National Interest Waiver applications, international athletes, and performers through the use of innovative strategy tailored to their specific goals.

She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Romanian, allowing her to communicate effectively with a broad, multicultural clientele. In addition, Ms. Curticapeanu briefly worked in entertainment law, where she familiarized herself with contracts and intellectual rights at NBCUniversal in Miami. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business Relations from Georgia Gwinnett College in 2015. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2020.


Eva Levin

Paralegal

Eva Levin works as a Paralegal since December 2019. Her experience includes the preparation of all kinds of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas as well as naturalization and answering Request for Evidence (RFE) issued by USCIS. Ms. Levin is Argentine-Israeli and obtained her BA in Communications from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya, a top research institution in Israel. While studying abroad, she had the opportunity to complete an intensive course of instruction in the field of International Diplomacy, Politics and Communication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and to develop her writing skill while interning at The Asper Institute for New Media Diplomacy at IDC Herzliya. Ms. Levin is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational and written Hebrew.


Eloisa Romero

Office Manager, Legal Assistant

Eloisa Romero is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office. She is also responsible for providing administrative leadership for the office and acting as liaison between the office and firm management. Ms. Romero has more than 7 years of professional experience in law firm administration, family and employment based cases. Ms. Romero’s experience includes the preparation of applications for I-539, I-765, I-131, I-90, I-485, EB3/I-140, I-751, I-824, N-400, I-864, I-944, I-129 forms and Consular Processing. Languages: Ms. Romero is fluent in Spanish and English.


Giulia Guerra

 Legal Assistant

Giulia works as a Paralegal, specializing in E-1, E-2, and L visas. With over 7 years of experience in immigration law, she has developed a strong skill set in handling family-based cases, consular visa processing, waivers, asylum applications, and naturalization. Giulia has extensive experience with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, and Customs and Border Protection. She is also a Notary Public in Florida. Born in Italy, she earned her bachelor’s degree in law in 2017 from the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna. Giulia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
